Outlook 2000/XP user setup 

Connecting Outlook to your email box from your PC. This walks you through the steps required to configure a connection to an Exchange mail box.  

Outlook Stup 

1.  If your computer is not on the local network, connect to your network with your VPN connection.

2.  After installing Outlook on your computer, open Outlook by clicking on the icon.

3.  Open Tools > Email Accounts

4.    Select Add a new e-mail account

5.  Select Microsoft Exchange Server

6.  Enter the hostname for your Exchange server and your user name, Check Name will check to see if the name matches a mailbox on the Exchange Server.

7. You should now be connect to Exchange server with Outlook through your corporate VPN!
